The **Source Data Chart** provides a detailed, tabular view of the raw data that underpins your flow metrics and charts. It is an essential tool for validating your data, troubleshooting anomalies, and gaining granular insights into your workflow.

> ℹ️ If a chart shows you something unexpected, this is the first place to look. You can see if the chart is rendering this data correctly. We may ask you to export your source data to help resolve a support issue. If we do, remember to remove all unneeded identifying data to protect your PI.

### Navigation

#### Header

Both the column header and the ID column are frozen to make the chart easier to read.

![Screenshot 2026-05-25 at 11.23.53.png](media://c26714bf-32ab-412a-b036-efdafe58b570)

#### Sorting

You can sort the data in the chart either by ascending or descending order:

Hover over the name of a column, and an arrow will appear. When the arrow points up ⬆️, the data will be sorted in ascending order. To sort by descending order, click once more on the arrow icon ⬇️, and it will change into an arrow that is pointing down

#### Highlight

By clicking on a line, it will become highlighted to help scrolling up to the desired information.

#### Total count

No matter the view you are on, the chart will now display the total number of rows (how many unique items were loaded).

> ℹ️ **ActionableAgile Analytics respects your existing user permissions **when loading data from Jira or Azure DevOps. This means that if you're trying to load data shared with you or data from a restricted project or location, you may see fewer items than expected. If the results look incomplete or unexpected, permission restrictions could be the cause.
