> 4. Select the app tile → the apps Atlassian Marketplace listing will show.
> 5. Select ‘**Try it Free’** to install the app.
> 6. Once the app is installed, you will be notified via a success message. Following which, you can start using the app.

> 2. Select the **Settings** drop down menu → select **Manage Apps**.
> 3. Select **Find New Apps** from the left side menu.
> 4. Once the screen loads, you can type *[ActionableAgile® Analytics](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216661/actionableagile-analytics-kanban-agile-metrics-forecasts?tab=overview&hosting=datacenter)* in the search bar to find the appropriate app version.
> 5. Select **free trial** to begin the trial or **buy now** to purchase a license for the app.
> 6. Select **accept and install** in the modal that opens up to confirm the app installation.
> 7. The app begins to download and you’ll be prompted to log into your MyAtlassian account.
> 8. Enter your credentials → select **Generate License**.
> 9. A license key will be generated, and select **Apply License** to get started with the app. If you're using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your **Jira** instance.

> > ℹ️ Please note that installing the app and applying a generated license key automatically starts a 30-day trial. If you feel you’ll need an extension - you can generate up to 5 more license keys.

> > ℹ️ The following steps can *only* be performed by your **Azure Organisation’s Admin**. These steps only *install* the app, to start a trial or purchase a subscription - follow their dedicated guides.

> Installing ActionableAgile® Analytics from <u>Microsoft’s Visual Studio </u>
> 
> 1. Sign in to your organisation (`https://dev.azure.com/{yourorganization}`).
> 2. Select the shopping bag icon 🛍️ in the top right-hand corner → select **Browse Marketplace**.
> 3. Once in the Visual Marketplace, search for *[ActionableAgile® Analytics](https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=actionableagile.aa-analytics-paid)* → click ‘**Get**’.
> 4. If you have more than one organisation you manage, select which one you wish to install the app in.
> 5. When the installation is finished, you will get a message saying you’re all set. You can then proceed to the organisation.

> Installing ActionableAgile® Analytics from an <u>App Approval Request</u>
> 
> 1. Go to your Azure DevOps home page, and then go to your project:  
> Azure DevOps:`https://dev.azure.com/{organization}/{project}`
> 2. Select the shopping bag icon 🛍️ in the top right-hand corner → then **Manage Extensions**.
> 3. Review your requested extensions and click approve for *ActionableAgile® Analytics*. After you approve extension requests, the extensions are automatically installed.
> 4. Inform the requester about installation.
>
