> The User Manager can invite and disinvite users to their subscription, but after the trial and purchase stage, they cannot change the amount of seats in their subscription - this can only be done by Customer Support.
>
> If you wish to either add or remove seats from your subscription, please contact us at [support@55degrees.se](mailto:support@55degrees.se) with the amount of seats you want added or removed.
>
> > ℹ️ Be sure to check that everyone under your subscription is actively using it and if you have any spare seats remaining before reaching out.

> There are two ways to cancel your subscription.
>
> #### Cancel via Billing Portal
>
> 1. Navigate to the Billing Portal either:
> - In the app, via the Account Settings drop-down in the top-right hand corner select [billing portal]
> or,
> - Directly at [https://55degrees.recurly.com/](https://55degrees.recurly.com/) **→ **log in to your account.

>
> - Log in to the Billing Portal and notice on the left hand side a box titled [subscription] which details everything about your current subscription.
> - Next to the title of your subscription type will be [cancel subscription] **→** click it.
> - A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm subscription cancellation **→** select [cancel subscription].
> - You’re subscription is now cancelled 👋🏽 you’ll receive an email to confirm this.

>
> > ℹ️ If there is time left on your subscription, you can still access the tool until the current term expires - you can tell this as the status is set to [will not renew]
> > ℹ️
> > ℹ️ You can also reactivate your subscription during this time - simply select [reactivate subscription] where the option to cancel used to be.
>
> #### Cancel via Support Portal
>
> 2. Navigate to the Support Portal either:
> - On the [website](https://support.55degrees.se/), log in to the Support Portal and create a ticket to [Get Licensing & Billing Support]
> or,
> - Email [support@55degrees.se](mailto:support@55degrees.se).
> - In your request, please include the email address associated with your ActionableAgile Analytics account.
> - Cancelling a subscription does not close an account, so let us know if you wish for us to action that as well.
> - You’re subscription is now cancelled 👋🏽 you’ll receive an email to confirm this.
>
> > ℹ️ There are many reasons why you might want to cancel, and if you have feedback regarding the app like functionality, pricing, features etc, please feel free to let us know when you reach out. It’s not mandatory of course, but we do appreciate it.

> Moving on is hard, especially when it’s the User Manger of your ActionableAgile® Analytics subscription.
>
> As explained earlier in the documentation - the user who starts the subscription, manages the users. And due to your User ID being tied to your subscription, another user cannot simply “take over” from you because everyone is a unique user.
>
> We understand this can be frustrating but we’ve tried to make the process of transferring over a subscription to a new User Manager as simple as possible.
>
> > ℹ️ Before reaching out to us, please carefully consider who you want the new User Manager to be.
>
> 1. Reach out to our lovely Support Team via the Support Portal or [support@55degreees.se](mailto:support@55degreees.se).
> 1. In your request, include:
> 1. Who the current User Manager is.
> 2. If the current User Manager is available.
> 3. And who you want the new User Manager to be.
> 2. We’ll ask that the new User Manager start a trial so they can invite the users from the old subscription to the new one.
> 1. If the current User Manager is available, make sure they remove the new User Manager from the current subscription if they’re under it.
> 2. If the current User Manager is unavailable, we’ll have to remove everyone from under the current subscription because we cannot identify individual users.
> 3. Once the new User Manager has started a trial, they can then start inviting the users from the old subscription to the new one.
> 1. If the User Manager is available, this is the time for them to disinvite all the current users from the old subscription so they’re free to join the new one.
> 4. When the new User Manager has confirmed all users have moved over to the new subscription, we will then convert the trial into a subscription that matches the old one.
> 5. After confirming that everything is working, we will then confirm if we can cancel the old subscription.
> 1. If the old User Manager does not use their account, we will close it.
