> **Who Needs to Create an Account?**
>
> As ActionableAgile® Analytics Standalone is the only version of the tool not embedded into a larger environment, account creation is required as soon as you visit the [website](https://analytics.actionableagile.com/).

> > ℹ️ Do I need an account to access the other versions of ActionableAgile® Analytics?

> > ℹ️ *Jira Cloud & Data Center Versions* are sold via [Atlassian’s Marketplace](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216661/actionableagile-analytics-kanban-agile-metrics-forecasts?tab=overview&hosting=cloud). All app offerings on the Atlassian Marketplace are sold per instance - **so there’s no need to create an account**.

> > ℹ️ The app will be available to *all users* in the Jira instance it was installed in as long as a trial or subscription is active - and that’s controlled by whomever is responsible for your Jira instances' licensing and billing.

> ### Creating an Account

> #### Set Up
>
> So, to get started with ActionableAgile® Analytics Standalone, head on over to [https://analytics.actionableagile.com/](https://analytics.actionableagile.com/) to create an account.
>
> You’ll immediately be prompted to log in to your account. Before you, you’ll have two options:
>
> 1. Create an account using good ol' *email & password* **→** select [create new account]* ***→ **fill in your credentials and select [create your account].
> **or,**
> 2. Create an account using your *Google Account* **→** select [continue with google] **→** walk through the prompted account and password steps.

> > ℹ️ By creating an account, you agree to our [terms](https://www.55degrees.se/product-eula) & [privacy policy](https://www.55degrees.se/privacy-policy) ← 📖 after reading them, of course!

> > ℹ️ Just FYI - if, for whatever reason, you can no longer access your Google Account, we won't be able to reset your password or give you access to your account. To remedy the situation, we can delete your account so you can create a new one.

> #### Verify Your Email
>
> After picking your chosen log in method, and successfully entering your credentials, you’ll be prompted to [please verify you email], as an email has been automatically sent to your email address to verify we have the correct credentials.

> Check your inbox for an email from us titled “*Verify your email for ActionableAgile!” *and there will be a verification link inside.
>
> > ℹ️ If you do not receive this email (and you’ve checked your spam), select [resend the verification email]. If the issue persists, please contact us via our Support Portal or support@55degrees.se.
>
> Click the verification link inside of the email and you’ll be taken to a webpage informing you that your email address has successfully been verified.
>
>

> If the verification link has already been used or has expired, the webpage will inform you that your email address was not verified. In this case, please retry signing up.

> After successfully verifying your email, select [continue] and you’ll be brought back to ActionableAgile® Analytics Standalone to Log In and Start a Trial.

> ### Logging Into Your Account
>
> To log in to your ActionableAgile® Analytics account, make your way over to [https://analytics.actionableagile.com/](https://analytics.actionableagile.com/).

> If you’re not already logged in, you will be presented with the log in screen.
>

> > ℹ️ Depending on your chosen log in method, the steps will be different.
>
> #### **Email & Password**
>
> 1. You’re on [https://analytics.actionableagile.com](https://analytics.actionableagile.com/).
> 2. Under the title “Log In To Your Account”, there are two dialogue boxes:
> 1. Email Address **→** Enter the email address that you signed up with.
> 2. Password **→** Enter the password you created when signing up.
> 3. After entering your credentials, select the [log in] button.

> #### **Google Sign In**
>
> 1. You’re on [https://analytics.actionableagile.com](https://analytics.actionableagile.com/).
> 2. Under the title “Log In To Your Account”, select the option to [continue with google]:
> 1. If you have a single Google Account, you will log in to ActionableAgile® Analytics Standalone immediately.
> 2. If you have multiple Google Accounts, you will be prompted to pick one **→** choose the Google Account you used to sign up to ActionableAgile® Analytics Standalone with **→** enter the corresponding password.

> You’re now logged in to ActionableAgile® Analytics Standalone.

> ### Logging Out of Your Account
>
> To log out of your ActionableAgile® Analytics account, you’ll have to already be logged in to you account.
>
> > ℹ️ Unlike logging in, the steps for logging out do not depend on your log in method and are the same for both email & password users, as well as Google Sign In users.
>
> 1. You’re logged into [https://analytics.actionableagile.com](https://analytics.actionableagile.com/).
> 2. Navigate to the header at the top of the page **→** select your profile icon.
> 3. From that drop-down menu select the option [log out].
>
> 
>
> Once successfully logged out, you’ll be automatically redirected to the log in page.

> ### Resetting Your Password
>
> If you use the classic email & password log in method, but you have forgotten your password - fear not! You can always reset your password from the log in page of ActionableAgile® Analytics.
>
> 
>
> 1. You’re on [https://analytics.actionableagile.com](https://analytics.actionableagile.com/).
> 1. On the same page, navigate to the text near the bottom of the log in window titled [forgot your password?] **→** click it.
> 2. This will prompt a window to appear asking for your email address. Enter the email address associated with the lost password **→** submit your entry by selecting [send email].
> 3. Check the inbox (including the spam folder) associated with the email address you submitted. You should have received an email with a link to reset your password **→** click the link.
> 4. A new window will open requesting that you create a new password **→** enter your new password in the designated dialogue box **→** click [save].
> 5. You’ll be redirected to the ActionableAgile® Analytics log in page **→** log in with your new password.

> > ℹ️ If you’re unable to find or did not receive the email with the password reset link - please try the [forgot your password?] link again.

> ### Managing Your Account
>
> Fancy a change? If you use the classic email & password log in method, you can edit your account details at any time.
>

> #### Editing Your Account Details
>
> - Navigate to the profile icon in the top right-hand corner and click it **→** from the drop-down menu select [my account].
> - You’ll be presented with a window titled [account information], choose the details you wish to change.
> - My Details
> - Name
> - Email
> - My Password
> - To change any of these details, you’ll need to enter your current password.
