You will receive regular communications about your subscription, pending charges, and actual charges through Recurly - our subscription system - from [licenses@55degrees.se](mailto:licenses@55degrees.se) - so make sure to allow that email address.

> #### Purchase from an Active Trial
>
> Go to ActionableAgile® Analytics:
>
> - Azure DevOps: log in to your Azure DevOps organisation **→** navigate to the boards drop-down menu **→** select ActionableAgile® Analytics.
> - Standalone: navigate to [https://analytics.actionableagile.com/](https://analytics.actionableagile.com/) **→** log in to the app.
>
> Once you’re in ActionableAgile® Analytics, ensure that you have an *active trial* (there will be a trial banner at the bottom of the app).
>
> If you’re trial has expired (it automatically expires if no Billing Information is added during the 30-day trial) - follow the steps to from purchase from an* ****Expired Trial***, located on the next page.

> - Navigate to the trial banner and select [buy now/upgrade] **→** a pop-up window will appear with the following options:
> - The quantity of users you want in your subscription (if you’re only managing licensing/billing, you can let another user use your spot).
> - The type of subscription you want **→** monthly or annual.

> > ℹ️ Choose carefully - to change the **user quantity** or **subscription type**, you’ll need to contact us at [support@55degrees.se](mailto:support@55degrees.se).

> - After making a selection, you’ll be prompted to fill out your billing information.

> > ℹ️ If you’re using the app as an employee of a UK/EU (excluding Swedish) company, enter the Company’s Name and VAT Number. This will ensure that tax exempt businesses in the UK/EU (excluding Sweden) aren’t charged tax.

> - Once you’ve confirmed you’re billing details **→** a confirmation screen will appear detailing the subscription type, user amount and cost. If everything seems correct **→** click [buy now] to confirm the purchase.

> You should receive a confirmation of your subscription purchase to the email you’ve provided.

> > ℹ️ Trouble purchasing? There are a couple reasons why your transaction may not go through - the most common is that your card doesn’t have 3D Secure Verification. Please contact your bank to set this up as our payment gateway cannot accept cards that can’t be verified.

> #### Purchase from an Expired Trial
>
> Go to ActionableAgile® Analytics:
>
> - Azure DevOps: log in to your Azure DevOps organisation **→** navigate to the boards drop-down menu → select ActionableAgile® Analytics.
> - Standalone: navigate to [https://analytics.actionableagile.com/](https://analytics.actionableagile.com/) **→** log in to the app.
>
> Once you’re in ActionableAgile® Analytics, ensure that you have an *expired trial* (there will be message stating [no subscription found] ). If you’re trial is active - follow the steps from *Purchase from an Active Trial*, located on the previous page.
>
> - Navigate to the [no subscription found] pop-up **→** check the box confirming you agree to our End User License Agreement ← 📖 after reading them, of course!

> - Select [buy now] **→** a pop-up window will appear with the following options:

> 55 Degrees accepts both credit card and invoicing (wire transfer) for the procurement of subscriptions for ActionableAgile® Analytics.
>
> Purchases via credit card are done independently within the app but invoicing is more of a joint effort - as we require some information to first create a quote.

> > ℹ️ Invoicing is *only* offered to customers who wish to purchase an **annual** subscription for **5 or more** users.

> #### **Request a Quote or Invoice**
>
> We have invoicing options available for the following subscriptions:
>
> - Must be for ActionableAgile® Analytics Azure DevOps or Standalone,
> - annual subscription,
> - for 5 or more users,
> - and Net-30 terms,
> - in USD or SEK.
>
> If you qualify, please contact us via the support portal or at [support@55degrees.se](mailto:support@55degrees.se) with the following information:
>
> - Company Name*
> - Company Address (full address, including country)*
> - Billing Contact Name*
> - Billing Contact Email*
> - VAT Number (if UK/EU excluding Sweden)
> - Application Versions (Azure DevOps & Standalone)*
> - User Quantity (including organisation/domain-wide licensing)*
> - Subscription Start Date*
> - Purchase Order requirement*

> > ℹ️ Ensure that you have chosen your User Manger *before* reaching out to support, as we need need this person to have started their trial so we can associate their account with the subscription and invoice. See [User Management](https://support.55degrees.se/space/SP/3988717576) for more details about what this role entails.

> > ℹ️ For first time invoice customers - we *must* provide a quote first, before we issue an invoice.

> #### **Payment Information**
>
> Payments can be made by Bank Transfer (Wire) for Net-30 (Invoice) customers. You can find bank transfer details on your invoice. If you do not pay your invoice by the due date, you will receive an automatic reminder and your application access will be interrupted if reparations aren’t made.
>
> Please remember to reference your Invoice number on your payment – you can send your payment remittance to support@55degrees.se, if desired.
