> Starting a free trial is an inherent part of the installation process of ActionableAgile® Analytics into you Jira Cloud or Data Center instance.

> > ℹ️ Prerequisite - To start a **free 30-day trial** in ActionableAgile® Analytics for Azure DevOps, you’ll first need to have *installed* the add-on and *located* it in your organisation.

> > ℹ️ If you previously had a trial or subscription that has expired, head over to [Subscription Purchase](https://support.55degrees.se/space/SP/3988979715).

> Upon opening ActionableAgile® Analytics for Azure DevOps, you’ll be presented with the app and a pop-up window informing you that no subscription has been found for you.

> To start a trial:
>
> 1. Check the box confirming you agree to our EULA ← 📖 after reading them, of course!
> 2. Select [begin trial] → a form hosted by our subscription platform Recurly will appear.
> 3. Fill out the fields to start your trial.
> 1. **Contact Information**
> 1. First Name* - your first name
> 2. Last Name* - your last name
> 3. Email* - this is often pre-filled with the same email address you use when logging in to your Azure DevOps organisation.
> 4. Company/Organisation
> 2. **Order Summary**
> 1. Quantity* - the default is one but you can start a trial for multiple users - it will make you the user manager whom controls inviting other users to the trial (and uninviting them). If you would like to change the quantity after this point, please contact us [support@55degrees.se](mailto:support@55degrees.se).
> 3. **Finish**
> 1. Terms & Privacy* - you must agree to our privacy policy and terms of use by ticking the checkbox before you can create a trial subscription ← 📖 after reading them, of course!
> 2. Review your entry and select [subscribe] to start your trial.

> > ℹ️ Return To Sender - as stated, the email field is often pre-filled with the same email address you use when logging in to your Azure DevOps organisation. However, if that is *not* an email address that will work to send you notifications via email (e.g. it’s a proxy email address), please change this to be your actual email address.

> > ℹ️ This will not hurt your ability to authenticate with the app. We actually authenticate using your backend Azure ID for security purposes.
