If you’re a Jira Cloud or Data Center customer and you need to reach out to us in Customer Support, Please provide your ActionableAgile® Analytics *Support Entitlement Number* (or SEN) - so that we can provide you the best possible level of service. 

You can find your SEN easily using one of the following methods:

> ℹ️ **Jira Administrator permission** is required to complete this task. If you don't have this permission, please contact your product administrator.

### Find your SEN on My Atlassian

1. Navigate to [https://my.atlassian.com](https://my.atlassian.com/) and log in with your Atlassian account.
2. Search for the ActionableAgile app.
3. If you are listed as a Technical Contact or Billing Contact on your license, the license is shown in the resulting list, and you can find your SEN from there.
