> On this page, you’ll find everything you need to know about Licensing & Billing for each version of ActionableAgile® Analytics.

> Depending on which version you’re interested in, the rules around Licensing & Billing can differ slightly or significantly, so we’re here to give you the lo-down.

> 
> ActionableAgile® Analytics for Jira Cloud is sold via the Atlassian Marketplace, thus we at 55 Degrees must follow Atlassian’s pricing and licensing guidelines. 
> 
> This means that:
> 
> 1. **Pricing**: Per Atlassian's policy, the app must be licensed for the same number of users as your Jira instance and, your payment frequency (monthly/yearly) must match your Atlassian billing cycle. Calculate your [pricing on the Atlassian Marketplace](https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216661/actionableagile-analytics-kanban-agile-metrics-forecasts?tab=pricing&hosting=cloud).
> 2. **Quotes and Invoices**: 55 Degrees **cannot** provide quotes or invoices. These are handled by Atlassian or your solution partners.
> 3. **Licensing**: Per Atlassian’s policy, all users within the same Jira instance the app is installed in, will have access to it.
> 4. **Discounts and Coupons**: For Jira Cloud, we only offer discounts through Atlassian Solution Partners who are part of our [Partner Program](https://www.55degrees.se/partners). You can find a full list of [our partners here](https://www.55degrees.se/partners/directory).

> ActionableAgile® Analytics for Azure DevOps is sold via the Visual Marketplace. Although the app is sold via the Visual Marketplace, the licensing and billing is managed by 55 Degrees. 
> 
> This means that:
> 
> 1. **Pricing**: We offer both per user and organisation-wide subscriptions. **Per User** pricing can be calculated [here](https://www.55degrees.se/products/actionableagileanalytics/pricing). Please contact us via our Support Portal to discuss organisation-wide licensing.
> 2. **Quotes and Invoices**: 55 Degrees **only** provide quotes or invoices for **annual** subscriptions of **five licenses or more**. All monthly subscriptions and annual subscriptions of under five licenses **must** be paid via Credit Card.   
> If you would like to receive a formal quote, you must provide the following details: *Company Name, Company Address, Billing Contact Name & Email, VAT Number, License Amount, Desired Subscription Start Date. *
> 3. **Licensing**: Each user whom creates their own trial/subscription is the **user manager **for that trial/subscription. Users can invite other users to their subscription if they have space e.g. if they have more than one license or if they remove themselves, they can invite another user.   
> For organisation-wide licensing, we whitelist the organisation(s) domain so all users within that domain have access to the app.
> 4. **Discounts and Coupons**: Please contact us through our Support Portal.
> 
> > ℹ️ When you begin an ActionableAgile® Analytics trial/subscription in Azure DevOps, it is irrevocably tied to your Azure User ID.

> ActionableAgile® Analytics Standalone is hosted by 55 Degrees. All licensing and billing is managed by 55 Degrees.
